1) Feeling like a Fraud

The first issue is also labeled as “Imposter syndrome” is a particularly damaging issue for a number of executives. Suffering from sleepless nights or waking up in a cold sweat carries over into poor productivity the next day. The fear is that if the investors, the board of directors or even their employees discovered the executive was wrestling with big decisions, the executive would be viewed as a fraud.

2) Absence of Feedback

The second most common issue that I have come across with my executive clients is the absence of feedback. And to be honest, this one surprised me. We hear from many people how much they dread feedback. Yet, at the same time, there is a craving for feedback.

This comes from the internal/external authority meta-program.

3) Behavioral Traits

The third most common issue holding back the executive  or causing unneccesary obstacles is the limiting personality trait. A few examples include a board member who fights too hard in meetings for their way, country managers that remain silent on regional conference calls and executives that delegate or give feedback in an abrupt off-putting manner

A Leadership role provides you with the opportunity to leverage your skills and
make a significant impact. This can be fulfilling financially and emotionally.
Unfortunately, what happens too often is rather than this glorious outcome,
leaders experience the flip side of that coin and suffer through doubt, anxiety
stress and frustration. This price is paid by not only the executive, but sadly
often also by their family as well.
Coaching as a developmental methodology is proven effective in many domains. The
domain I bring coaching to is that of executive leadership.
My coaching path started with me coaching entrepreneurs. After many years of studying
and development in the areas of human behavior and group dynamics, I shifted my focus
to executive coaching. This is where the greatest number of
people can be positively impacted through a single coaching session.

All coaching is a unique blend of the coaches, skills, knowledge and background. While
coaching leaders in Asia over the past twenty years I was able to construct this flexible yet
formal process. My program is a series of structured conversations designed to surface
challenges, tolerations, skill gaps, performance issues in all areas of your professional and
personal life. Each conversation is designed to get the heart of the matter with a blend of
curiosity and challenge.
Our methodology is structured to surface biases and beliefs that may be blindly
impacting your results.
