Our personality is a combination of behavioral habits. In this workshop you learn behaviors are not binary. Rather than having to stop or start any behavior, you see how existing behavior can be adjusted (like a volume control) and how you can expand your natural self to succeed in any situation.

The Lenses of Life

There is a lot going on in the world around you. In fact, there is more than your brain can fully process. In this workshop you learn the top five mental shortcuts (Cognitive Biases) your brain defaults to. These mental shortcuts enable our brain to  speed up responses and reduce the amount of cognitive load. This workshop supports you in leveraging and/or managing these shortcuts.

10. Straight Line Behavior Design (SLBD)

Most of us have a behavior that may be appropriate in some circumstances but not appropriate in others. Maybe you are shy in presentations or too talkative in meetings. The SLBD is a model to add more behavioral choices to your daily life. Drawing from Neuro-semantics and Cognitive Behavior Psychology, you will immediately apply the five steps to designing new behavior choices.

11. The Judgement Jigsaw

Executive Thinking

When pursuing a goal, we often have hidden beliefs impacting our ability to succeed. You often see the iceberg metaphor when discussing behavior. The Judgement Jigsaw  brings several of these hidden beliefs (the iceberg) to the surface and offers a four-question strategy to break through these limits.
